Eclectus parrots, males are green-females are red
The extreme sexual dimorphism (visual difference of sexes) is quite unique in the parrot family. They have a complex breeding culture resulting in communal breeding with aunts/uncles helping rear the young. Ornithologists used to think they were separate species until they observed them in the nest.
